Shibori is an ancient method of dyeing fabric after tying or clamping fabrics to produce repeating patterns. There are many varying shibori techniques that each many unique designs.
In this shibori workshop, you will practice three different shibori techniques - square, triangle, and snakeskin. You will then use your new skills to create your own unique textile, which will be made into your own personalized Batik Boutique product.
Approximate time: 2-3 hours
Recommended Minimum Number of Participants (Quantity): 2 - 8 per session. Suitable for adults and kids alike.
Workshops take place in our studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are located at 62-1 First Floor, The Row, Jalan Doraisamy, Jln, Chow Kit, 50300 Kuala Lumpur
