  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your name, product number, and reason for return.

    If there is an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

    For apparel purchases, if you ordered the wrong size, we offer a free size exchange so you can get the right fit.

    For other return requests, we may provide store credit in the form of a redeemable coupon code, valid for one year. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase using a reliable courier service with tracking.

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will either issue store credit or arrange an exchange, depending on the circumstances.

    Please note that returns and exchanges are not applicable after the 14-day return period. Items purchased during sales or promotions are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Our delivery options are as follows:

    • Self-pick up from selected Batik Boutique outlets
    • Delivery by our own runner within the Klang Valley area
    • Delivery via GDEX for locations outside Klang Valley

    For online purchases, the estimated delivery timelines are:

    Klang Valley: 1 to 2 business days
    Outside Klang Valley: 3 to 5 business days
    International orders: 5 to 7 business days

    For urgent orders, the customer will bear additional delivery costs. You may choose to self-pick up your order or arrange your own courier service, such as GrabExpress or Lalamove.

    You can sign up for Batik Perks through our website or by asking our retail team for assistance when you visit any of our selected outlets. Once registered, you can start collecting points when you make eligible purchases.

    To check your points, log in to your Batik Boutique account and visit the Batik Perks or rewards section. Your available points, rewards, and redemption options will be shown there.

    To redeem your points, simply log in to your account before checkout and apply your available reward or coupon code to your order. For in store purchases, please let our retail team know that you would like to use your Batik Perks rewards before making payment.

  • You can register for a Batik Boutique workshop through our workshop page. Simply choose your preferred workshop, such as the onsite batik workshop or onsite shibori workshop, then click the booking button to view available dates and complete your registration.

    Our workshops are beginner friendly and open to everyone, from first time participants to those with more creative experience. Sessions are held at our workshop studio in Kuala Lumpur, located at The Row, just outside the Golden Triangle area.
