The cost of shipping within Malaysia is provided as Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days. Should you require faster service, please leave us a delivery note and we will do our best to accommodate.
Orders over RM200 receive FREE shipping within Malaysia.
Orders under RM200 pay a flat rate of RM10 for shipping within Malaysia.
We also provide Express Air shipping for International orders, and pricing is based on your location and shipment weight. All orders over $150 receive FREE International Shipping.

At Batik Boutique, your satisfaction is paramount. If, for any reason, you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@batikboutique.com within 14 days of receiving your item with your name, product number, and reason for return.
If there's a mistake on our part, such as delivering a damaged or wrong item, rest assured, we'll provide a replacement without additional charges.
If you purchased the wrong size (for apparels), we offer a free size exchange to ensure you get the perfect fit.
If for any other reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, we may provide you with store credits as a redeemable coupon code, valid for a year.
To return a product, it must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Do ensure that you send it back within 14 days of purchase using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking option.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll either grant store credits or arrange an exchange, depending on the circumstances.
Shipping costs for returns will be fully borne by the customer. Batik Boutique will only bear the shipping costs for damaged goods or incorrect order fulfilment.
The Return and Exchange policy will not be applicable after the 14-day return period

Similarly, while we strive for accurate colour representation in our photographs, there might be minor differences due to screen variations.
We hope you appreciate these nuances as they underline the artisanal quality of our products. However, significant discrepancies from the shown product can be addressed through our Return & Exchange process.
