This high-quality homeware set is handmade by Malaysian artisans using a wax-resist technique of fabric dyeing called batik. The print is inspired by both the ocean and the fauna found in Southeast Asia.

Homeware set includes:

  • 4 reversible batik placemats each measuring 17"L (43cm) X 12"W (30cm)
  • 4 reversible batik coasters each measuring 4"L (10cm) X 4"W (10cm)

The colors and prints may vary from one to the other as each piece is hand-drawn and hand-painted. Made with love by skilled artisans in Malaysia.

I initially received a set of 4 marching Blue Nautical Fern placemats and coasters as a gift from a friend...which by the way was very nicely presented and packaged when the gift arrived. I was so impressed with the quality and design of both products that I decided to purchase another 4 set. While placing my online order I realized there was no inventory so I chatted with the online chat service (very nice person by the way) and she indicated they would have inventory the next day so she quickly updated the inventory on their website so I could place my order.
